Jun 11, 2014

FISD staff members and students were among those participating and volunteering in Relay for Life on May 30 at Lone Star High School. The event raised more than $35,000 for the American Cancer Society.

Among the schools taking part was Rogers, which has fielded a team for the last 13 years in honor of family members lost to cancer, survivors and those still battling the disease.

The team raised more than $1,000 by selling Valentine Grams.
