Spears Elementary School

   Tabitha Richardson

My name is Tabitha Richardson and I am beyond excited to be the Assistant Principal at Spears Elementary. I look forward to getting to know the great students, staff, and parents of this community.

This is my sixteenth year in education. I started my teaching career at Ft. Hood/Killeen ISD and taught first grade, second grade, third grade, and fifth grade science. While teaching, I was able to serve in several leadership roles that included District Teacher Leader and presenter of Interactive Math Notebooks. It was definitely an honor to serve the military families located in Ft. Hood and Killeen, Texas. While in Frisco ISD, I taught second grade for two years at Mooneyham Elementary. I graduated from West Texas A&M University located in Canyon, Texas with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I received my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Tarleton State University.

My family includes three beautiful daughters. Kelsie is 22 years old and attends South Plains College in Plainview, Texas. Cydnei 13 and Ashley 12 both attend Maus Middle School. I have a beautiful three year old granddaughter named Khloe who will start Pre-school this year. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, walking in the park, playing board games, and reading. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to serve in Frisco ISD.
