We are happy to assist in registering your 6th, 7th, or 8th grader for the 2023-2024 school year if your home is in the Clark attendance zone. If you have not already done so, please complete the online registration here being sure you are in the 2022-2023 registration environment when you get to PowerSchool Registration.

After the online form is completed and you have the following required documents, please call 469-633-4607 to make an appointment.  At this appointment, you will complete the registration process with the Data Clerk and have the opportunity to ask questions. 

Remember, the online registration form MUST be completed prior to scheduling an appointment.

Gather the following required documents and bring these with you to your appointment or, to save yourself time at your appointment, scan and email them to nuusoliaa@friscoisd.org.  However, you will need to bring the originals to your appointment for verification.

1. Student’s Social Security Card
2. Certified Copy of Birth Certificate (Birth Certificate Requirement Form)
3. Student’s Social Security Card
4. Immunization Records (View requirements)
5. Proof of Residency (View acceptable documents)
6. Last Report Card
7. Driver’s License of Enrolling Parent  

If your child was enrolled in a Frisco ISD school at the end of the 2022-2023 school year and you have moved into the Clark school zone, please do not complete the online registration form.  You will instead contact the last school and submit to them your new Proof of Residency.  They will then contact Clark to complete the registration process.
