- Child Guidance-Practicum
- Culinary Arts I
- Culinary Arts II
- Education and Training
- Education and Training-Practicum
- Pharmacology
- Practicum in Ag Structures and Equipment
- Practicum in Floriculture and Horticulture
- Practicum in Government
- Practicum in Graphic Design and Illustration
- Practicum in Information Technology
- Practicum in Marketing
- Practicum in Sports Broadcast I
- Practicum in Sports Broadcast II
- Practicum in Veterinary Medical Applications
- Sports Management
- INCUbatoredu

Students interested in the following dual credit health professions courses must complete the Collin College Dual Credit Clinical Program Qualification Process (coming soon):
- Health Science Clinical (CNA)
- Practicum in Health Science (PCT)
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) (additional application/process required after qualification)
- Medical Scribe
- Pharmacy Technician
- Rehabilitation Aide
