FISD Qualifies 29 Students for International HOSA

Frisco ISD was very well represented at the Texas HOSA State Leadership Conference in Corpus Christi, with more than 80 students participating in competitive events.

A total of 29 students qualified to compete at the International Leadership Conference, set for June 21-24 in Orlando. Many others were named runners-up or received other special recognitions.  

HOSA is a career and technical student organization dedicated to preparing future leaders in the health and medical field. Its mission is to enhance the delivery of compassionate, quality health care by providing opportunities for knowledge, skill and leadership development of all health science education students, therefore, helping the student meet the needs of the health care community.
