Your schedule indicates that you are enrolled in a class that meets at the CTE Center. Only courses with @CTEC in the course name are taught at the CTE Center. If you do not see @CTEC in the course name then your course is taught at your home campus. The CTE Center is located at 9889 Wade Boulevard. Please find important information listed below.

 

CTE Center Bell Schedule

This is the time your class meets at the CTE Center. If you are driving to the CTE Center, you will be expected to arrive on time. Note that the starting and ending times for the CTE Center are different than the home campus. At times, CTE Center courses may conflict with non-academic activities on the home campus. Students will be expected to remain in their academic classes at the CTE Center.

Late arrivals will be counted tardy.
  • 1st Period:        8:45-10:15
  • 2nd Period:        10:45-12:00
  • 3rd Period:        12:55-2:20
  • 4th Period:        2:55-4:25

CTE Center Bus Schedule

The CTE Center will shuttle students to and from our campus and the student’s home campus throughout the day. If you have a 1st or 4th period class at the CTE Center, please see additional information below. Click here to see a handout on your CTE Center Bus pickup/dropoff times and locations.

1st Period Students

Students who ride the bus to their home campus for 1st period may catch the CTE Center shuttle bus at a designated stop indicated by the Transportation/Bus Routes link from the Frisco ISD website; otherwise, students will need to provide their own transportation to the CTE Center 1st period. The regular neighborhood bus will not get students to their home campus in time to catch the CTE Center shuttle bus.

4th Period Students

Students who ride the bus home may catch the CTE Center shuttle bus from the CTE Center to their home campus or to a designated stop indicated by the Transportation/Bus Routes link from the Frisco ISD website; otherwise, students will need to provide their own transportation home at the end of the school day. The CTE Center shuttle bus will not get the students back to their home campus in time to catch their neighborhood bus home.

To determine the designated location and drop off time for the CTE Center shuttle bus in your area, please visit the Frisco ISD website home page and click on the Transportation/Bus Routes link at the bottom of the page. You will need to only enter your home address and choose the CATE Center for the school location. Please leave the grade level as ANY or ALL.

Lunches

If you have a 3rd period CTE Center classes, you will eat “A” LUNCH at your home campus, then catch the bus promptly at 12:45.

 

If you have a double-blocked 2nd & 3rd period CTE Center class, you will eat “D” Lunch when you return from the CTE Center at 1:45.

 

REMINDER-You should attend one of the CTE Center ID Badge and Parking Pass Pick-Ups listed below!

  • August 13th from 10:00-2:00 and 4:00-6:00
  • August 14th from 10:00-2:00 and 4:00-6:00

If you are driving, you will need a CTE Center parking pass. You will need to bring a copy of your driver’s license and a copy of your insurance information. During this time, you will also take a picture and receive a CTE Center ID badge. Dress is school appropriate. CTE Center ID badges must be worn at all times when you on the CTE Center campus.
