Congratulations class of 2017 graduates!

Here are some important details to note regarding graduation:

Parents of/or seniors who are 3rd, 4th, or 5th generation graduates of Frisco High School, Class of 2017 please complete this FORM and return to no later than Wednesday May 24, 2017 so that you can be recognized during the graduation ceremony.

Graduation Practice: 
 * Wednesday May 31st @ 4:30pm - 7:00pm in the FHS gyms (Senior Picnic & food trucks afterwards)
 * Seniors are REQUIRED to attend practice for the duration!
 * Seniors must be in compliance with all FHS policies while at rehearsal

Graduation Tickets:
Each senior will receive 10 tickets to graduation in your graduation envelope at rehearsal (tickets are required in order to attend)
* Seniors have the opportunity to request up to 5 additional tickets if needed.  An email went out to students and parent on April 9, 2017.  The link will open Monday April 10, 2017 through Sunday April 23, 2017. E-mail notification will be sent on May 1, 2017 confirming extra tickets.  Please note that only one request per family may be honored, and there is no guarantee that the quantity requested will be available.

Hold List:
Students MUST NOT BE ON THE HOLD LIST in order to receive tickets.
* As we get closer, we will release the Hold List so that students will have plenty of time to clear any outstanding fines, equipment, library books, textbooks, etc.

Graduation Day!
 * Friday June 2, 2017 7:30pm The Ford Center at The Star 
 * Seniors will have early release after 2nd period 11:55am
 * Seniors report back to school at 5:15pm - DO NOT BE LATE!
 *Busses roll at 6:00pm
 *Graduation begins at 7:30pm
 * ALL seniors will ride a bus from Frisco High School to The Star - NO EXCEPTIONS!  After the ceremony, seniors may ride the bus back to FHS or leave from The Star with parents, etc.
 * Cell phones, purses, or any other personal belongings should be left at home or in your car.  Please start thinking now about how you would like to plan for that.  You may want to have parents drop you off at FHS so that you do not have to keep up with car keys, purses, phones, etc.

Graduation Dress:
Graduates are expected to abide by FISD Dress Code and graduation regalia expectations.
 * Blue cap and gown (with gold edge on sleeves) and FHS Class of 2017 tassel are required for participation in graduation services.
 * Girls are expected to wear an appropriate collarless dress, or collarless shirt, skirt and solid colored dress shoes.  No heels!  ONLY flats or wedges.
 * Boys
are expected to wear dark dress slacks, long-sleeved WHITE dress shirt, tie, and dark dress socks and shoes.
 * Lettering and /or decorations will not be allowed on caps or gowns.
 * Only school approved cords/regalia will be allowed.
 * Athletic shoes and flip flops will not be allowed.
 * Remove nose rings and make sure colored hair is a toned down color.
 * Graduates will be inspected by a line supervisor (FHS Teacher/Administrator) at FHS and again at The Star.

Students needing clarification or assistance with obtaining the required attire should see their counselor or assistant principal.

Re-uniting with students after the ceremony - All students will exit the Ford Center at the field level and will walk to Tostitos Plaza after the graduation ceremony. Students who require assistance will follow a different route outside, but will also re-unite with parents on Tostitos Plaza. Please meet your student outside of the building on Tostitos Plaza, the turf area near the entrance, immediately following the graduation ceremony.
