Erin Miller

Erin Miller

Principal

Erin Miller has been in education since 1995 and first joined FISD in 2004 as an English teacher at Clark Middle School. She later taught and served as instructional coach at Liberty High School, before becoming an assistant principal there in 2009. She also has served as the high school summer school principal and as associate principal at Lone Star High School. She began her career in Lubbock, Texas, and has also taught in Arlington, Plano, and the Pittsburgh, PA area. Her bachelor’s degree is from Texas Tech University and her master’s degree is from Lamar University. Mrs. Miller is a wife, mother, and stepmother who loves to read, road trip, hike, and listen to music.  She is passionate about education and Frisco High School. Danny Barrentine

Associate Principal

 

Danny Barrentine received his undergraduate degree from Ouachita Baptist University and his master’s degree from Lamar University. He joined FISD in 2000 after serving in Dekalb and Denison ISDs.  Danny is proud to be a part of FISD and is particularly proud to be a Raccoon again after a seven year absence.  He has been a teacher, coach, and administrator along the way. Julie, Danny’s wife, has also served in FISD for a number of years and is a counselor at Staley. They have two growing boys that have attended FISD since kindergarten. 

                                                 
 

Jon Boettcher

Assistant Principal

Jon Boettcher is beginning his Sixth year as an Assistant Principal at Frisco High School and 27th year in Education.  Mr. Boettcher, although a native Montanan, earned his Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and his Master of Educational Administration from Texas A&M University at Commerce.  Mr. Boettcher’s career began in El Paso, TX teaching Secondary Mathematics.  Along his career path to Frisco ISD, he had stepping stones through Hallsville as a math teacher and coach and Plano as Math teacher and Administrator.  Mr. Boettcher is married to Bernadette, has three children and two grandchildren.  He loves spending time with his wife, watching his children’s activities, playing with his granddaughters and completing his bucket list.  As a proud member of the raccoon family, Mr. Boettcher looks forward to working with the finest young men and women in the state.
 

Jenna Gates

Assistant Principal

Jenna Gates earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Biology from Texas A&M University in 2002 and completed her Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Texas in 2012. She taught on-level biology, preAP biology, and AP biology for seven years in Richardson ISD before joining the Frisco High School team. For four years at FHS, she continued teaching biology and served as the Science Instructional Coach. Jenna is excited to continue at FHS as an Assistant Principal. She is passionate about helping others reach their future goals and is looking forward to working with all of our FHS students, parents, and staff. 
 

Jason Jetton

Assistant Principal

Jason Jetton was previously an assistant principal at North Garland High School. Jetton began his career in education in 2004 and has served as a teacher, coach and boys’ athletic coordinator in Garland and Galena Park ISDs. He has four years of experience as an assistant principal and two years as an administrative intern. Mr. Jetton and his wife Krista have a three year old daughter (Alivia) and little boy due this December. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, and watching football. His bachelor’s degree is from Midwestern State University and his master’s degree is from Texas A&M Commerce. Mr. Jetton feels very fortunate to be in Frisco and I’m very excited to serve the students of Frisco HS.

Tai Davis

Tai Davis

Assistant Principal

Tai Davis is beginning her 8th year in Frisco ISD. She was a U.S. and Texas history classroom teacher, and served as the Social Studies Instructional Coach for the past four years before moving to Frisco High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M University in 1990 and then served seven years as an officer in the U.S. Army, Military Police Corps. She received her Master of Education in Educational Administration degree from the Lamar University in 2015. Mrs. Davis and her husband Eric, have two daughters in high school and twins, son and daughter, in middle school. She enjoys spending time cheering on her children as they play soccer, traveling with her family, and watching Aggie football. She is excited to be working at Frisco HS and is ready to serve the students, parents, and staff. Go Raccoons!
