Two graphic design and illustration students from the Frisco ISD Career and Technical Education Center will be recognized in April for their submissions in the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) 2017 Student Art Contest.

Designs by Linh-Hoa Nguyen, a senior from Liberty High School, and Jaylen Miller, a senior from Heritage High School, were named Honorable Mention winners in the 9th-12th grade division.

This year's contest theme was "The adventure starts here."

The students will be recognized at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 29 at the Dallas Museum of Art (DMA) Horchow Auditorium.

In addition to the ceremony, their artwork will be on display at the DMA from April 18-30.
