Please email LTHSHAC@friscoisd.org if you have misplaced or never received your child's HAC information and include the following:
1) Student's first and last name
2) Student's grade level
3) Contact information (parent name, address and phone number)
4) Requestor's relationship to student

What is HAC?

HAC is short for Home Access Center. Your HAC Account is connected to the teacher grade books, so you students can see what they are earning in class. This is also a place where you can access your attendance information. While it is a goal of Frisco ISD to promote a highly informed and engaged community, please remember that the student should be an integral part of the communication process.  Parents, when you have a question about what you are viewing in Home Access Center, please talk to your child first

Where is it?

The direct link to the HAC login screen is https://hac.friscoisd.org/homeaccess.  Students may access this through a tile on the portal as well.

How do I log in?

Each student is assigned a HAC username and password when they enter 6th grade. Students who join FISD after 6th grade receive a username and password automatically upon enrollment.

This username and password is unique from any other district login. The username is generally the student's last name followed by a dot, followed by the first initial, followed by a dot, followed by the middle initial. (Example: Smith.A.B)  There is no dot at the end of most usernames. Passwords as assigned are usually crazy letter and number combinations, and capitalization is important. These can be changed once you login the first time.
Here are some directions for changing your password

Forgot your login? Click here to email LTHSHAC@friscoisd.org  See the top of this screen for the information to include in your request.

What do the strange letter codes mean?

Below you will find the Frisco ISD HAC code key, which will explain some of the funny letters you see in HAC!

 HAC Grade Codes

When you see a grade with a decimal point, the number before the decimal reflects the current student grade, while the number after the decimal point reflects the original student grade. A grade of 80.65 would indicate that the student may have originally mastered a concept at only 65%, but has improved to 80% mastery now.
