PTA Vision
Every child's potential is a reality

PTA Mission
To make every child’s potential is a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children

What is PTA?
PTA is a grassroots association made up of parents, teachers and community members who have a special interest in children, families and schools. PTA is the “fan club” for children. PTA members network and collaborate, support teacher and school goals and initiatives, volunteer for programs that benefit kids, have access to parenting workshops, education and tips and become more informed on issues regarding children and youth. As a result, PTA members become better parents, teachers and citizens. With PTA you can improve the quality of life and education in the community. PTA is the link between home and school. As a PTA member, you are part of the largest child-advocacy organization in the state – with more than 500,000 members across Texas.
