BPA Students Advance to National Leadership Conference

Ninety-eight Frisco ISD students joined more than 4,000 other conference delegates from across Texas earlier this month at the Business Professionals of America (BPA) State Leadership Conferences.

Students competed in state-level business skill competitions, attended general sessions and participated in state officer candidate campaigns and elections.

Business Professionals of America is a national co-curricular organization for students preparing for careers in business, office and technical occupations.

Fifteen FISD students placed as National Qualifiers, and will advance to compete at the National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida May 10-14, 2017.

Texas BPA Cares Award: Reedy High School was recognized for service to their community and chapter through the BPA Cares Program. BPA Cares promotes community service and chapter involvement.

Texas Social Buzz Award: Reedy High School was recognized for their promotion of all the things their BPA chapter is doing. They highlighted their community service, chapter meetings, and anything BPA related through various forms of social media.
