Principal:  Jamie Wisneski
With over 20 years of experience in education, Mrs. Wisneski is the principal of Charles B. Pearson Middle School. She has been assistant principal of Libby Cash Maus Middle School since it opened in 2010 till 2015. Prior to her position at Maus, she was the secondary mathematics coordinator in FISD for 4 years.  She taught math at the middle school / junior high level for 10 years prior, with 3 of them being at Wester and Roach Middle School. She has a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a master’s degree from Dallas Baptist.

Assistant Principal:  Ryan Knickerbocker

Mr. Knickerbocker has over 13 years of experience in education.  While serving Frisco ISD, he worked at Griffin Middle School as a social studies teacher, coach, team leader, and new teacher mentor, as well as helping open Pearson Middle School as an assistant principal in 2015. Prior to being in FISD, he worked in Bangs ISD as a teacher and coach.  Mr. Knickerbocker is a graduate of Howard Payne University and earned his master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.  In his spare time, Mr. Knickerbocker enjoys watching sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife Tessa and two children, Avery and Drew.  

Assistant Principal:  Lauren Higgins

Ms. Higgins, previously a Gifted and Talented teacher at Scoggins Middle School, has been named Assistant Principal at Pearson Middle School. She began her career as a middle school English teacher in Carrollton-Farmer’s Branch ISD. Ms. Higgins has been involved in curriculum writing and also served as a middle school cheer sponsor. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and her master’s degree from the University of North Texas. Ms. Higgins enjoys camping, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
