Scoggins Launches Club to Encourage Random Acts of Kindness

Oct 26, 2015

Students at Scoggins Middle School surprised bus drivers for National School Bus Safety Week on October 21 with a thank-you banner, homemade cards and bags of candy.

The gesture was part of a Pay It Forward movement at Scoggins launched this school year. Students were invited to be a part of the club through staff nominations.

Assistant Principal Katie Reedy received 50 books donated by the Pay it Forward Foundation, so students will read the Pay it Forward novel as well as brainstorm Random Acts of Kindness to do throughout the school and community.
