Julie Lewis is in her 9th year of education and 5th year at Wester Middle School. She graduated from the University of North Texas and completed her Master’s Degree in counseling from Texas Woman’s University. Prior to becoming a counselor at Wester, Mrs. Lewis taught special education at Pioneer Heritage Middle School in Frisco.  

Mrs. Lewis enjoys running, being outdoors, and spending time with family. She and her husband live in McKinney with their two daughters.

What must I do if I suspect abuse or neglect of a child?

 

If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local police first.

Then call the Texas Abuse Hotline to make a report.
