The CTEC Work-Based Learning Program Qualification Form, Collin College Dual Credit Clinical Program Qualification Form and Collin College Medical Scribe Application will be available for students beginning December 17th

Form Deadlines 

  • CTEC Work-Based Learning Program Qualification Form – January 31 
  • Collin College Dual Credit Clinical Program Qualification Form – January 14 
  • Collin College Medical Scribe Application Form – January 14 

Students interested in the courses listed below should complete the CTE Center Work-Based Learning Qualification Process.
