What are school-wide expectations? 

Schoolwide expectations represent the social, emotional, and behavioral skills we want to see from everyone in the building, including both students and staff. Rather than focusing on what NOT to do, these expectations establish how TO do school in every classroom, cafeteria, and common space.  Check out our Borchardt Elementary School school-wide expectations below!

How do students know about school-wide expectations?

We teach them!  We will focus on learning and supporting these expectations throughout the year, and our parents will receive updates on school-wide expectations throughout the year in our campus newsletter.

Additionally, Signage around our school reminds students how school-wide expectations apply in different settings.
