This is our reference page that is always available to parents and students who are struggling. this is a good one to bookmark! There is also a tile for this in the student portal, and there is a bookmark for this in your LTHS Bookmarks folder that you will see when you are logged in to Chrome.
Chromebook Issues
If your Chromebook is broken in any way, please go to the Student Portal and enter a help ticket using the Tech Depot tile (for 9th-11th grades only).
Please see Ms. Serna at the circulation desk in the library for any other Chromebook related questions or issues.
Login or Account Issues:
Come see Mrs. Hampton in the office off the library, or email Mrs. Hampton at hamptonk@friscoisd.org. These kinds of issues can only be addressed during school hours.
How to Change Your Password:
Student passwords are all connected, so changing it in this one place will update ALL your passwords. To change your password successfully, log in to the student portal and use the magnifying glass to search for "Change Password". You will be taken to the screen where you can make the change. Please note that it may take fifteen minutes or so for the password to update on our many platforms.
