If a student has trouble with a FISD device that was checked for virtual learning, please direct them to log into the student portal and click on the device repair tile. They will complete a form. We will have technical support to contact the parent/student for further assistance.
We also have tech help information for Seesaw, Google Classroom, Canvas, login information, etc. when you click on Virtual under the Instruction button on the main FISD page then choose Technology resources from the menu on the left side of the page. Here is the direct link.
