Texas House Bill 1481 Reminders

  • Personal Communication Devices (cellphones, smartwatches, ALL headphones with bluetooth capabilities regardless of if they have a wire or not, tablets, personal computers, etc) are not allowed at school during school hours.
  • Devices must either be left at home or powered off in the student's backpack from the moment a first bell rings at 9 AM to the last bell at 4:25 PM. This includes lunches, passing periods, and advisory. 
  • If the devices is seen, used, or makes a sound/vibrates during the instructional day, it will be confiscated.
  • The only communication devices allowed for students to use during the school day are District-provided devices.
