End of Year Medication Pick-up

If your student currently has any medication in the clinic, please be sure to pick it up any time before 12:00 PM on May 22. Any medication remaining after that time will need to be destroyed. Please note that May 20 and May 21 are half days for students, and I will be available from 8:30 AM–1:00 PM those days for medication pick-up. Medication may also be picked up during normal school hours through the front office on all the other school days. For safety reasons, students are not able to pick up their own medication, so it will need to be picked up by a parent or guardian. This helps us make sure medications stay safe and do not accidentally end up in the wrong hands. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.
