Before we all head into summer mode, now is the perfect time to check off a few important to-do’s to ensure your child is ready for the 2025–2026 school year. From supplies to PE Uniforms, completing these items now will make for a smooth and stress-free start in the fall.
Below is your checklist—with links to everything you need!
📝 Order School Supplies
Skip the back-to-school rush! Order pre-packaged school supplies for your 6th, 7th, or 8th grader, and pick them up before school even starts. It's the easiest way to ensure your student has everything they need for a successful year.
🏃 Order Your PE Uniform
All 6th Grade students are required to wear the PE uniform for class. Order your shirt and shorts now so your student is ready to go on day one!
🟣 Show Your Viking Pride!
Our newest Vikings can gear up with exclusive Vandeventer Spirit Wear—featuring 3 unique designs in hoodies, tees, and long-sleeve shirts. Be sure to order by July 9 so you're ready to represent on Day One!
🤝 Volunteer Sign-Up
We would love for you to get involved in the upcoming school year! Whether you can help with events, classroom activities, or other school initiatives, your support makes a big difference. Please take a moment to fill out the volunteer interest form.

Viking Camp – August 7, 2025 | 9AM–11AM
Get a head start on the new school year! Incoming 6th graders are invited to Viking Camp at Vandeventer Middle School to tour the campus, meet teachers, pick up PE uniforms and school supplies, purchase spirit wear, and more!
