Frisco ISD FFA students earned top honors at the frigid, snowy 2025 Collin County Junior Livestock Show in January.
Participation in the junior livestock show is a longtime tradition in Frisco ISD. The weeklong event, which took place at Myers Event Center in McKinney, brought together students in FFA chapters and 4-H clubs from 13 school districts and Collin County.
The show gave students from all 12 FISD high schools a chance to highlight the diligent care they have given their animals, and the agricultural instruction they received in FISD. Their efforts paid off at the livestock show, where the students showed their individual entries throughout the week. The event culminated with an auction that rewarded students for their dedication and hard work.
