The Frisco ISD Athletics Hall of Honor's inaugural class includes two coaches, three teams, eight athletes and three community members.
The Frisco ISD Athletics Hall of Honor now has its first official members.
The inaugural class was inducted on Thursday (Jan. 25) at a recognition luncheon at the Hall of Honor.
The group includes two coaches, three teams, eight athletes and three community members who have contributed to the success of athletics in Frisco ISD, which now has 12 high schools and approximately 12,000 students participating in athletics at the high school and middle school levels.
The Hall of Honor’s web site – friscoisd.touchpros.com – includes bios of all the Hall of Honor members, as well as photos, videos and archives of individual and team achievements.
A new Hall of Honor class will be inducted annually, and community members can nominate athletes, coaches, teams and contributors for induction. The nomination form includes the criteria for Hall of Honor nominees.
