Frisco ISD high school student-athletes once again excelled at the UIL State Track Meet, combining for five state titles and 15 event medals at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin.
In addition to the event medals, the Lone Star boys team earned a silver for finishing second in the Class 5A team standings on Friday (May 12). A day earlier, the Panther Creek girls team finished fourth in the 4A standings.
In the 4A competition, Falyn Lott of Panther Creek won the 300-meter hurdles and took silver in two other events -- the 100 hurdles and long jump.
