Congratulations to these extraordinary Frisco ISD students, who are among less than 1% of high schoolers to achieve the highest possible scores.
Frisco ISD is proud to celebrate the 15 students who recently achieved the highest possible composite score on a single SAT or ACT exam.
Each year, millions of students take the SAT and ACT, and less than 1% achieve the top scores.
The SAT is made up of three main sections: math, evidence-based reading and writing. The math section is scored on a scale of 200-800, while the evidence-based reading and writing sections are combined into one score on a scale of 200-800. Total SAT scores range from 400 to 1600.
The ACT consists of tests in English, mathematics, reading, and science, scored on a scale of 1-36. A student’s composite score is the average of the four test scores. The highest possible composite score on the ACT is a 36.
These well-rounded FISD students, several of whom are National Merit Semifinalists, also participate in a number of fine arts, including visual art and music classes, as well as AP and dual credit courses.
Please join Frisco ISD in celebrating these students’ outstanding achievement.
