Frisco ISD’s high school dance teams have wrapped up an impressive competition season. With creativity and countless hours of practice, these award-winning teams showcased their talent and teamwork on the stage.
Hundreds of students perform each year on FISD dance teams, and with their dedicated directors, build routines with high levels of technical skill and artistic ability. Dance teams also performed this spring at Dance Team Showoffs, where the Frisco ISD community had the opportunity to see the complex, dazzling routines from all 12 high schools for themselves.
Dance is one of many fine arts options offered to Frisco ISD students. As part of the District’s student opportunity model, more students have the chance to participate in and lead these teams and earn awards as part of competition.
