Congratulations to Hope Brewer of the Laura Ellison Child Development Center, Ashley Partin of the Teaching and Learning department and Brent Pauling of the Sam Carter Service Center for receiving the Standing Ovation Awards for October. Each month, Frisco ISD shines a spotlight on non-teaching staff members nominated by their peers for exemplifying the District’s core values.
Superintendent Dr. Mike Waldrip visited Brent, Hope and Ashley to thank them for their dedication and contributions to Frisco ISD. They will be further celebrated during a special event in the spring.

Hope is an exceptionally kind teacher who consistently goes above and beyond. Her positive attitude shines every day, and she treats every child at the CDC with the care and compassion of her own. Hope is proactive and takes the initiative in every situation, making her a dependable and reliable presence. She not only meets but exceeds the expectations of both teachers and families. Ashley Partin - Managing Directors Secretary in the Teaching and Learning Department
Ashley is always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need, no matter the department. Her consistently positive attitude and willingness to help at a moment’s notice have made her a trusted and valued resource for colleagues across the District. She frequently volunteers to take on tasks beyond her job description, demonstrating her dedication and versatility. Ashley is the most effective assistant her team has ever worked with, and her exceptional performance, commitment to supporting others, and ability to manage increased responsibilities make her truly deserving of the Standing Ovation Award.
Brent Pauling - Sam Carter Service Center
Brent, an HVAC supervisor at the Sam Carter Service Center, recently demonstrated exceptional leadership and composure when he intervened to prevent a potential altercation at the service center. Through his quick thinking and calm demeanor, Brent successfully de-escalated the situation, ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved. Frisco ISD deeply appreciates Brent’s dedication to his role and his unwavering support for those around him.
