Early voting begins Monday, April 20, for two seats on the Frisco ISD Board of Trustees, and community members are encouraged to head to the polls and have their voices heard.
Voters will choose trustees for Places 4 and 5. Frisco ISD Board members are elected at large, meaning voters within District boundaries can cast their ballots for any seat.
Below are the candidates and the order in which they appear on the ballot:
Place 4: Muni Janagarajan and Dynette Davis
Place 5: Misty Wamhoff, Babu Venkat and Sree Mouli Majji
In 2017, Frisco ISD adopted a resolution to create and support a culture of voting. A culture of voting is one that encourages maximum participation by District employees and eligible students in the elections process.
Early voting runs through April 28 for the May 2 municipal elections.
