Frisco ISD celebrates another successful spring contest season for dance students, who earned awards and impressed audiences with their creativity and skill.
Hundreds of students perform each year on FISD dance teams, and with their dedicated directors, create routines that build on skills learned in class. Dance teams also performed this spring at Dance Team Showoffs, where the Frisco ISD community had the opportunity to see the complex, dazzling routines from all 12 high schools for themselves.
Dance is one of many fine arts options offered to Frisco ISD students. As part of the District’s student opportunity model, more students have the chance to participate in and lead these teams and earn awards as part of competition.
