Frisco ISD students earned championships and other top 10 placements at this year’s state high school UIL academics, film and essay competitions.
The University Interscholastic League offers the most comprehensive program of academic competition in the nation. UIL academic contests encompass many elements of required high school coursework, building on the academic skills developed in the classroom.
Those skills translated to success as thousands of Frisco ISD students participated in academic contests in the 2025-26 school year. From Business Professionals of America to DECA, Academic Octathlon to science fair and more, FISD students took career and technical skills learned in class and applied that knowledge on a state and national stage.
